2023 Annual Show Pictures & Results

This year’s Annual show took place on the 2nd September.

I am delighted to say that we had a very successful show this year and the exhibits were of a very high standard despite the growing conditions we have been experiencing.
Well done to all the exhibitors who participated for their valiant efforts and congratulations to the winners.

The list of Cup Winners is below.

The award ceremony was introduced by our Chair: Sheila Puckett.
Trophies and vouchers were awarded for the various categories and presented by The Deputy Mayor, Cllr Mohammed Islam, who spoke a few words before the presentation, he also drew the tickets for the raffle, which was much appreciated.

A big thank you to all of you who made cakes, and to Jan, Sam and Evelyn for their sterling work on the refreshments front, and also, to the volunteers who helped with the organisation of the show, before, during and afterwards for the tidy-up.

It was great to meet our members who attended the show, the awards ceremony, and contributed to the Society by purchasing tickets for the raffle and participating in the auction afterwards.
