We had a successful show at St Stephen’s Church Hall this year, with 14 Exhibitors showing 164 exhibits.
It was lovely to welcome two junior entries this year, well done to Reuben and Milo.
Our Chair, Sheila, welcomed our guest, Ann Cable MBE, Deputy Lieutenant LBE, who said she was delighted to be invited to the show. She spoke about her role as the King’s Representative which was very interesting.
Special thanks to those who came up trumps with delicious homemade cakes, which were enjoyed by our members and visitors. Also, to Sam and Jan, thank you for your excellent service on the refreshment table.
A special mention of Luigi who provided a wonderful set of light jazz on his saxophone during the afternoon.
Thank you to all our members who helped with the organisation of the show, both before in the preparation stage and on the day of show also, to all those who took part or attended the show and awards ceremony and helped the Society by purchasing raffle tickets and joining in the fun of the auction afterwards.
