This years Coach outing to the Beth Chatto Garden near Colchester.

The quiz on the coach had a floral theme and as usual there was a sweepstake.

We stopped off en route at St Botolph’s Priory to stretch our legs and have a photo opportunity.

Sunday Roast Lunch at the Cricketers pub followed before our visit to the Garden. Everyone was free to wander for a few hours taking in the beautiful scenery and flowers.  To finish off, there was time to purchase from the nursery and then enjoy a nice cuppa with home made cake in a room especially opened for us.  An occasional light shower did not spoil the day which ended back home at 6.30.
