2026 Diary Dates

The 2026 AGM was held at 7:30pm on Tuesday the 10th March at St. Stephens Church. Full details, agenda, annual accounts and the minutes of the 2025 meeting and other documents are available in the MEMBERS ONLY AREA. The draft minutes of the 2026 meeting will be made available as soon as possible.
The Trading Hut is now open for the 2026 season. New prices for potatoes etc. can be found here.

Other Diary Dates for 2026:

  1. Saturday 16th May PLANT SWAP at the allotment site trading hut.
  2. Saturday 4th July SUMMER FLOWER SHOW St Stephen’s Church Hall
  3. Saturday 6th September ANNUAL SHOW at St Stephen’s Church Hall

2025 AGM Documents & Diary Dates

Members are reminded that the 2025 AGM will be held on the 11 March at St. Stephens Church. Full details, agenda, annual accounts and the minutes of the 2024 meeting together with a discussion document regarding the Societies charitable donation are availble in the MEMBERS ONLY AREA.

Other Diary Dates for 2025:

  1. Sunday 11th May: Waterperry Gardens, Oxford Coach outing (members only. Waiting list only)
  2. 17th May: PLANT BRING AND BUY SALE and OPEN DAY, at the Allotments from 10am to 4pm
  3. 5th July: SUMMER FLOWER SHOW St Stephen’s Church Hall – 2.30pm
  4. 6th September: ANNUAL SHOW atSt Stephen’s Church Hall – 2.30pm
  5. 7th December: PROPOSED CHRISTMAS LUNCH to be confirmed
